Gurinder has held roles of Team Leader for Business Clusters at a regional development agency and senior sales management positions within the automotive, electronics and engineering sectors. In previous roles he has set a joint venture to commercialise intellectual property and managed pan European sales operations. He holds an MBA from University of Birmingham and has represented the UK at the 2004 Commonwealth Study Conference in Australia. He has also written and published a photographic book exploring landscapes as diverse as Antarctica, Alaska, Patagonia, Iceland and New Zealand.
