David is an Associate of the Health Services Research Unit (HSRU) at the University of Oxford. David is co-author on 26 peer reviewed articles on the subject of managing and supporting the use of clinical outcome assessments. David joined Oxford University Innovation in April 2004 as a Project Manager in the Technology Transfer group. In 2007, after many successful years in technology commercialisation, which included securing investment for two spin-out companies, David took on a new responsibility leading the development of the health outcome measure activity within Oxford University Innovation, rebranded in 2016 as Clinical Outcomes.
David obtained a PhD and MSc from the University of Surrey. David’s commercial experience includes international marketing and sales roles, as well as product development for high-tech scientific products. David is an active member of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcome Research (ISPOR) and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
