The Opportunity

We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Accounts Administrator to join the Finance team. This role will report directly to the Head of Finance.

The position of the Accounts Administrator is responsible for:

  • Supporting colleagues with Finance Team administration including the following
  • Entering purchases invoices into Sage,
  • Processing expenses claims,
  • Preparing bank reconciliations,
  • Responding to invoicing and
  •  Payment queries and collation of audit information.
  • Creating a Strong Finance Team
  • Contributing to a Strong OUI Team

The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of working within a similar role or within a Finance office environment. Desirable attributes for the successful candidate to have:

  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Some familiarity with using Excel.
  • Experience of using Sage 200 and/or a willingness to learn new systems (Full training on systems will be provided).
  • Self-motivated and prepared to work autonomously, manage their own priorities and handle day to day financial transactions and resolve queries.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and very strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing and with a wide range of people and organisations.

Salary for this role is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of £24,000 – £26,000
