Before joining Oxford University Innovation in February 2010, Viv was the HR Assistant at Achilles Information Ltd. She was responsible for maintaining the Achilles policies and systems and supporting the MD, Heads of Group, managers and staff. Viv has over ten years’ experience in HR and has a vast experience of HR policies and employment law, giving advice and support to employees and administering all elements of the recruitment process.
