Oxford University Innovation (OUI) is overseen at a strategic level by a Board of Directors, while our Strategy Team delivers our Vision, Values and Strategy at an operational level.

Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is appointed by the University of Oxford and is responsible for setting our strategic direction, overseeing risk and governance, and supporting the Strategy Team in delivering OUI’s Vision. The Board brings together expertise from across the University, business and finance to ensure strong governance and long-term, innovation-led impact.
