Rebecca Glenapp

Rebecca joins OUI as a Licensing and Ventures Manager with a focus on the Social Sciences. She has a diverse background in entrepreneurship and innovation, previously founding and running an online marketplace start-up and launching inaugural e-commerce platforms for The Telegraph, Evening Standard and Independent newspapers. Rebecca brings substantial pragmatic start-up experience, from initial idea development, right through to raising institutional funding. Prior to founding her own venture, she was part of the operation which gained the first Ofcom accreditation for a service providing public access to mobile price comparison data. Rebecca started her career in management consulting, working on post-acquisition strategy for private equity clients. She served as a member of the Post Office Advisory Council from 2014 to 2017. Rebecca studied Philosophy and Art History at Trinity College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She is due to graduate from LSE’s Behavioural Science program (Masters) in 2022.
