Kevin joined Oxford University Innovation (OUI) in November 2021 as a temporary member of the IT team, where he worked as an IT support specialist. He later became a permanent member of staff. Whilst working at OUI, Kevin has supported colleagues in various ways, including providing excellent in-person hardware/software support as well as remote IT support. Kevin has a technical background in IT and holds a BSc in Computer Science from Oxford Brookes University. Prior to joining OUI, Kevin worked in retail for 6 years, where he served as a customer service assistant, step-up team lead, and key holder. During his tenure, Kevin demonstrated exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic. He has a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
