Adenovirus hexon modification for enhanced vaccine vectors

A vaccine platform technology that introduces large antigen or peptide insertions into  ChAdOx2 adenoviral hexon regions, including a newly identified HVR7 site. The approach enables surface display of epitopes and protein-coupling tags, enhancing antibody responses while maintaining transgene delivery and T-cell immunogenicity.
