Researcher and University shares of equity in a new spinout company

Starting in September 2021, the University implemented a revised spinout equity policy, which it asked OUI to apply with immediate effect for all new spinout projects.

Founders of spinouts already in the process of formation when this policy was changed can decide whether they would like to move to the new policy or to continue with arrangements already agreed. OUI will support the spinout process either way.
