Operations Administrator

We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Operations Administrator. The role is within the Operations team and will report directly to the Deputy Head of Operations.
The position of the Operations Administrator will be responsible for:
- The administration of licences and other agreements so that information is up to date and easily accessible for the Deputy Head of Operations /Licensing & Ventures/Consulting Services and other members of the group.
- The maintenance of accurate data management systems to meet appropriate timescales.
- Maintaining strong working relationship with Group, OUI and appropriate University personnel.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within a similar role previously or within a Patent & Licensing environment or Consultancy management.
The role will require the successful candidate to have:
- Effective relationship building skills and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.
- Strong verbal and written skills providing effective communication to individuals and groups
- High levels of attention to detail
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels internally and with external parties
- Commercial awareness and client-facing experience
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills and the ability to influence relevant parties
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is essential, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable
- An interest or knowledge of working with legal documents

Salary for this role is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of £24,000 – £29,000
