Oxford University Innovation Achieves Gold in Investors in People Accreditation

Oxford University Innovation has achieved the prestigious Investors in People Gold accreditation, recognising its commitment to fostering an outstanding workplace culture and a collaborative, supportive environment.

We are delighted to announce that Oxford University Innovation (OUI) has been awarded the prestigious ‘We Invest in People’ Gold accreditation by Investors in People. This achievement places OUI among the top 28% of organisations to reach this standard, recognising our commitment to fostering an outstanding workplace culture.

The accreditation reflects the dedication of everyone at OUI in creating an environment where employees actively support one another and strive to make OUI a fantastic place to work. The rigorous assessment process included an employee survey and focused meetings, providing invaluable insights into the positive experiences and shared commitment of our team.
