Susan has been involved in systems technology implementation projects in a consulting capacity for over 20 years, specialising in SAP implementations. Susan has managed major programmes across diverse industry sectors such as oil, chemicals, high tech, retail, manufacturing, and the public sector. Susan holds an MBA from Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, and a post-graduate diploma in Technology Management. Susan is a member of the Project Management Institute, the British Computer Society and is PRINCE2 qualified.
