Bispecific T Cell Engager (BiTE) targeting pan-Tissue microenvironment marker CD155

CD155-targeting bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) that crosslinks T-cells to CD155-expressing cells to exploit the immunosuppressive tumour tissue microenvironment into a therapeutic advantage. 

CD155 BiTE is comprised of anti-CD155 scFv x anti-CD3 scFv, which crosslinks T-cells to CD155-expressing cells to form pseudoimmune synapses where clustering of CD3 triggers the release of cytotoxic granulates to kill the CD155 expressing cells.
