Celebrating the refreshed Oxford Innovation Society

Oxford Innovation Society has a dynamic new programme, expanding global investor connections and fostering deeper industry collaborations.

2024 marked an exciting evolution for the Oxford Innovation Society (OIS), with a refreshed format designed to better connect members and foster impactful collaborations. Moving beyond the traditional three gala dinners, the new programme now includes a dynamic range of events, such as multiple investor forums in Oxford, London, and the USA, alongside annual networking receptions.

Through this pilot year, we also explored hosting side events at key healthcare conferences, including Jefferies in London and JPM in San Francisco, presenting opportunities for Oxford’s healthcare companies to present their latest innovations to international investors.

Looking ahead, 2025 promises even more opportunities to bridge Oxford’s entrepreneurial academic founders with industry, investors and government. Highlights include a Social Venture Showcase in April, and the OIS Dinner in September.
