Celia joined OUI in 2024 as Senior Investment Manager. Her role is to manage a portfolio of existing spinout companies, make follow-on investments and represent the university on the boards of spinout companies. Celia is also involved in the formation of spinouts and connecting portfolio companies with investors at all stages of growth.
Before OUI, Celia spent many years in corporate intrapreneurship, strategic innovation and startup roles, including at Deloitte Ventures and a successfully exited SaaS startup. Celia has broad sector exposure with expertise in bringing to market new products to large enterprise companies.
Celia holds science degrees from London and Oxford.
