GTOOL
Program for converting genetic data between different file formats and for creating subsets of a given dataset.
Our new algorithms use a new data format that allows genotypes to be stored with uncertainty.
This is the only program that can convert data from and into this new format.
GTOOL is a program for transforming sets of genotype data for use with the programs SNPTEST 2 and IMPUTE 4.
GTOOL can be used to:

generate subsets of genotype data

convert genotype data between the PED file format and the file format used by SNPTEST 2 and IMPUTE 4

merge genotype datasets together

orient genotype data according to a strand file
The software is part of the Oxford genome-wide analysis software suite (OGWASS). Commercial licence is available as whole or part of OGWASS.
