Isis is partnering with the Carbon Trust to create a clean energy incubator whose purpose is to increase the likelihood of successfully commercialising technologies with carbon saving potential.

What is The Low Carbon Incubator Programme?

The programme uses its resources to produce companies that are ready for private sector investment. The Low Carbon Incubator programme is designed for early stage low carbon projects which show true commercial and technological promise that are seeking to raise investment to develop and grow, or to commercialise their ideas through licensing or partnering.

Although there is growing interest in the potential returns offered by the low carbon economy, there are lots of good ideas that need hands-on business support and coaching if they are to raise funding at an early stage and reach their commercial potential. Isis can help across a range of issues from assessing and engaging the market, to securing IP rights, to understanding manufacturing options or to getting the right management team in place.
